What I’m Interested In, For Now

One thing I’ve noticed recently is my decreasing interest in creating & launching new things. Why a LockerPulse App?

On Monday we released a fantasy football Android app for LockerPulse. Here’s a bit of the backstory. LockerPulse as a Business LockerPulse has sort of been stuck in the same place the past few years. It has a small, active, hard core user base. It’s growing, but slowly. It makes a little money on ads, but it costs more to run. LockerPulse Fantasy Football Android App Now Available!

Today we released our first Android app, Fantasy Football News Now by LockerPulse just in time for fantasy football season! The app is essentially a decoupling of the player news tracking feature of LockerPulse. It’s a relatively simple app. You select the players on your fantasy team that you want us to track news for, and we scour 40+ sites for mentions of those players and then present the articles to you in your “My News” news stream. Our Entire Navigation Menu, Now on Mobile

The growth of mobile visits and purchases on Detailed Image has been amazing. One of the reasons that we launched our responsive design back in April of last year was that we saw this coming. We wanted to be ahead of the curve. One of the key tenets of our redesign was that we wanted the experience to be equally good regardless of device.
